FHMA ships to addresses across the United Kingdom. Every order includes free tracked shipping, so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During Black Friday, Christmas and New Year sales, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location. Remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs
Standard tracked shipping is free on all UK orders. Any shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
